Returns & Refunds policy

Because each piece is made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing/design changes after an order is placed.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@sevenoakssignsnd.com with a clear photo showing the damage, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. We may request the damaged item be returned prior to issuing a refund.
